Finger-licking Weekend Food? Buffalo Fries!!

Bring festival or holiday vibes to your garden with this loaded treat. Its not only great for sharing but also a fun new way to wack your fries! The best thing is that it takes just 20 mins to prepare.

600g frozen French fries

2 celery sticks, finely diced

4 spring onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp mayonnaise

3 tbsp hot chilli sauce

1 tbsp butter, melted

50g Stilton, crumbled

Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220 C. Cook the fries to pack instructions, letting them get as crispy as possible.

Meanwhile, mix the celery, 3 of the sliced spring onions and the mayonnaise in a bowl, then season and mix well to coat

When the fries are cooked, whisk the hot sauce and melted butter in a large heatproof bowl. Tip in the cooked fries and use a large spoon to toss and coat them in the sauce. Scatter over most of the cheese and toss briefly again so the cheese is evenly distributed and starts to melt.

Serve in shallow bowls or in cones, topped with the celery slawand the remaining spring onion and cheese.
